Lately there seems to be a lot of new inquires on people wanting to visit San Juan, Puerto Rico. AS IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE IT’S AMAZING THERE! ehm, excuse me… like I was saying everyone’s 2020 travel plans looks like they include Puerto Rico in them. I did quite a few tours with my trip so here’s an itinerary of what went down with my favorite one: “The Hidden Waterfall Hike”

WHAT TO EXPECT:

After driving 1700 feet above sea level, then stopping at a local bakery for all your sweet cravings, finally greeted by three adorable and well trained pups – expect to witness a fun filled, physically, mentally and emotionally challenging hike. “Alejandro”, the tour guide I had was such a great warm spirit who was super helpful and motivating the entire time. The hike length depends on the speed of the group going. It took my group about 1.5 hours to get to the waterfall and maybe an hour back. You WILL get dirty. You WILL get sweaty. You WILL get wet. Lots of mud so bringing shoes with a grip is helpful too. Lunch is offered at a local restaurant at the end of the tour if everyone agrees to it where you will share a “buffet style” spread of all the local favorites. Don’t worry you will leave full, tired and satisfied.
